Indications :
A broad-spectrum anthelmintic indicated for the control of mature and immature gastrointestinal worms, lungworms, tapeworms, and adult liver flukes. It is also ovicidal against nematode and fluke eggs in cattle and sheep.
The product destroys parasite eggs, including fluke and nematode eggs, thereby reducing pasture contamination.
In cattle and sheep, it is effective against the following species :
- Roundworms: Ostertagia, Haemonchus, Trichostrongylus, Oesophagostomum, Bunostomum, Chabertia, Strongylus
Also effective against larvae of Cooperia and Ostertagia. - Lungworms: Dictyocaulus
- Tapeworms: Moniezia
- Adult Liver Flukes: Fasciola hepatica
Dosage and Administration :
Administer orally by drenching.
Shake the bottle well before use.
Sheep
- For control of gastrointestinal worms, lungworms, tapeworms, and liver flukes: 2 ml per 10 kg body weight.
- For treatment of adult liver flukes (fascioliasis): 3 ml per 10 kg body weight.
Calves and Cattle
- For control of gastrointestinal worms, lungworms, tapeworms, and liver flukes: 3 ml per 10 kg body weight.
- For treatment of adult liver flukes (fascioliasis): 4 ml per 10 kg body weight.
Or as directed by a veterinarian.
Precautions :
- Do not administer during the first months of pregnancy.
- Do not use concurrently with organophosphorus compounds within 15 days before or after treatment.
Side Effects :
Mild diarrhea and hypersalivation may occur.
